We are delighted to announce the outcome of Monday’s AGM and to officially welcome Eamonn McClurey as the new President of the Middlesbrough Circle of Magicians.
Eamonn takes on the role following two years of dedicated service from Neil Armstrong, who we would like to sincerely thank for his commitment, leadership, and steady guidance during his presidency. Neil is not stepping away, however, and we are pleased that he will continue to support the Circle in his new role as Vice President.
Continuity remains a key strength of the Circle, and we are pleased to confirm that:
Gary Bainbridge continues in the role of Secretary
Christopher Cowl remains as Treasurer
Matt Cooper continues as a Committee Member, with responsibility for the Circle’s website and social media
Following a very close and well-contested vote on Monday evening, the following members have also been elected to the Committee:
Eric Leonard
Scott Hughes
Graham Smith
Steve Lewis
Martin Quigley
The high level of interest and engagement in the election reflects the passion our members have for the Circle and its future, and we thank everyone who put themselves forward.
We look forward to the year ahead under the new committee, continuing to build on the strong foundations already in place and working together for the benefit of all members of the Middlesbrough Circle of Magicians.
